# SEO and content operator

A remote contract role at a B2B company I work with. I share who the company is once we're talking.

## What the SEO and content operator does

Turn a weekly recorded interview into LinkedIn posts, short captioned clips and a newsletter draft, then run technical SEO and AI search work.

- Write two or three LinkedIn posts and cut short captioned clips from each interview
- Draft the weekly newsletter from the approved posts
- Run Search Console checks and fix what they find
- Refresh existing content so it ranks and gets cited
- Track how the company shows up in AI answers like ChatGPT
- Turn repeat tasks into AI workflows so they take less time each month

## What the SEO and content operator role needs

- You've written plain, specific B2B posts for someone else
- You've cut short vertical clips from interviews or podcasts
- You've done hands-on technical SEO
- You use Claude or a similar AI tool every day and can show something you built with it
- You live in North or South America and overlap with US Central hours
- You work as an individual, not through an agency

## Hours and pay for the SEO and content operator role

**Contract. 10 to 20 hours a week. $45 to $65 an hour.**

It's fully remote and part-time, and the work starts as soon as the right person is found.
