Use buyer language to improve what you say and do

My current consulting work includes Reddit and community intelligence. In a recent internal website review, comparing 32 homepage messages exposed different priorities that needed to be taken into buyer research.

I work with growth-stage B2B SaaS and fintech marketing leaders with a sales-assisted motion. See the full fit criteria.

Start with the decision the research will inform

I help you define what you need to learn before choosing sources. That might be how buyers describe a problem, which alternatives they consider, or what they need to understand before speaking with sales.

Read the conversations in context

I review relevant community discussions and the customer or prospect material your team can share. I preserve the context behind an observation and separate what people said from my interpretation. I look for language and unanswered questions the team can investigate further.

Turn the findings into work your team can use

A research engagement can produce a buyer-language brief, a set of questions for prospect interviews, or recommendations for messaging and content. I link findings to their sources and identify which decisions they support. For ongoing work, I help keep that research connected to campaigns and editorial planning.
